Booking Cancellation

A booking may be cancelled by contacting us before the scheduled photoshoot date.

Any advance payment is generally non-refundable, as it is used to reserve the booking date and prepare for the photography session.

However, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation by The Photography Market

If we are unable to provide the agreed photography services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either:

• Reschedule the booking to a mutually convenient date, or
• Refund the advance payment where rescheduling is not possible.

Refunds for Digital Products

Once edited photographs or videos have been delivered through your client gallery or downloaded, they are considered digital products.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, payments made for downloaded digital files are generally non-refundable.

Duplicate Downloads

If you experience difficulty downloading your purchased files, please contact us. We will assist you in restoring access where possible.
