A booking request submitted through the website does not constitute confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:

- Required details are finalized.
- The agreed advance payment is received.
3. Payments
Our payment process consists of:
- Advance payment to confirm the booking.
- Remaining balance payable before downloading the final edited photographs and videos.
Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access to your gallery and downloads.
4. Delivery
Edited photographs and videos will be uploaded to your client gallery after post-production.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Event size
- Editing requirements
- Seasonal workload
- Technical circumstances
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
5. Client Gallery
Each client receives a private gallery linked to their purchase.
Only the intended client may purchase and download the full-resolution files.
Visitors may view selected portfolio images where applicable but are not authorized to purchase or download another client’s content.
6. Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The Photography Market retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos.
- Clients receive usage rights for personal purposes after full payment.
- Commercial use requires prior written permission.
7. Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before delivery, The Photography Market may use selected photographs or videos for:
- Website portfolio
- Social media
- Advertising
- Marketing materials
Sensitive or private events will always be treated with appropriate discretion.
8. Downloads
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing purchased files.
We recommend creating multiple backups.
We are not responsible for data loss occurring after successful download.
9. Refund Policy
Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products that have already been delivered or downloaded are generally not eligible for refunds.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Cooperate during the photoshoot.
- Obtain necessary permissions for photography locations where required.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
11. Website Usage
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Copy or redistribute protected images.
- Circumvent download restrictions.
- Interfere with website security.
- Use automated tools to scrape content.
12. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
